We are offering a student research assistant position where you will be closely involved in developing an extensive software framework for active learning.

Active learning refers to machine learning algorithms that autonomously decide where in the data space they still need knowledge and data and autonomously request it.

Experience with Python, software development, and software documentation is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities:

- Implementation of real-world machine learning applications

- Further development and creation of components of the framework, as well as their testing

- Setting up and integrating the code into a Continuous-Integration (CI) system

- Documentation of the framework and guidance of users of the framework in close collaboration with actual users
