Project SESAM
Within this project promoted by the BMBF it is the point to provide self organizing nets and spontaneous activities from market participants with the goal of an improved liberalisation and harmonization from markets. Our group is responsible together with the ZAR for the subproject “contracts in the net”. Major task is to formalize the right as basis for a service called “Rechtsmediator”. As a kind of personal lawyer of the user he takes over the legal consultation within the agent-based automated contract conclusion. Further contributions concern the right-conformal organization of the overall system architecture.
